Butter Chicken Masala is one of the most popular Indian chicken dishes liked by most of us for its mild, subtle flavours and deliciously rich creamy gravy. Its gravy can be made as hot or mild as you like that suits your palates the very famous chicken preparation with silky butter and tomato sauce

Ingredients
100 grams             butter
4 piece      cashewnuts
1 springs    coriander leaves
1 tbsp       coriander pdr
1/2 tsp        Crushed fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp        cumin seeds
100 ml          Fresh cream
1 tsp        Ginger garlic paste
2 slice       green chillies
2 tbsp       oil
1 number    onion
500 grams     Raw chicken slices
1 tsp        Red chilli powder
1 tsp        Red chilli powder
1 to taste    Salt
1/2 tsp        Sugar
200 grams    Tomato
0 tomato ketchup ( optional )
Directions
•         cut chicken into thin slices and apply ginger garlic paste ,salt ,chillipdr and shallow fry in oil and set aside
 
•         to the leftover oil add ,cumin,onion,ginger garlic paste , add onion ,tomatoes, cashewand other spices and cook covered with little water till everything is mashed up
 
•         put it in a blender and add to hot melted butter and cook on a medium flame season ,color and add chicken and cook for few more minutes
 
•         tomato ketchup is optional and usually use in 2 min butter chicken which i will show in near future

Tandoori Chicken (Tandoori Murghi) Recipe. Classic tandoori chicken from India is marinated in yogurt, lemon juice, and plenty of spices,

Ingredients
1 to taste chat masala
6 number chicken legs
1 tsp            Coriander Powder
1 tsp            Cumin Seed Powder
1 tsp             garam masala pdr
1 piece           Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp           kastoori methi (dry fenu greek leaves
1 tbsp           Lemon Juice
2 tbsp            oil
1 tsp             Peppercorns pdr
1 tsp             Red Chili Powder
1 tsp            red color
1 tsp               Salt
1 tsp                turmeric
6 tbsp              Yogurt


Directions 
1.  Clean and Cut 2 or 3 long slits on each piece. Apply salt ,chilli pdr and lime juice all over the chicken and keep aside for 15 minutes. 2.  0                                                                .   2.  ke marination with coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilies, kastoorimethi ,turmeric garam masala pdr red color to a smooth paste. Add 1/2 tsp salt to the paste and mix well with yogurt.                                                                                                                                 3    . apply it all over the chicken, making sure to apply well between all the slits and in 4.             4.    Preheat your oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit. Cook for 20 to 35 minutes till the chicken is tender. Remove from oven, .                                                                                              5.               Remove from oven and serve hot, garnished with sliced onions and lime wedges.and also can be heated on griddle if serving later
